The ribeye hot stone Pho was absolutely amazing! I will make sure to come back to try other varieties of Pho. The Vietnamese sandwich was excellent.

Pho was amazing, succulent broth, well cooked noodles, and very fatty thin sliced brisket. The Thai tea was very good as well, and I had trouble not drinking all of it as soon as I got it. The servers Sophia and Mei were very attentive, fast, and courteous. The restaurant was clean, well maintained, and everything was well stocked. The tables were turned over quickly and you didnt need to wait long for anything.

The One Pho absolutely delivered a 10/10 takeout experience! I ordered the steak pho and the pork and shrimp spring rolls, and everything was excellent. The pho broth was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They packed everything generously and included all the condiments I love fresh basil, lime, jalapeños, and more. The biggest surprise was the spring rolls. They were incredibly crispy, much crispier than I expected, and still fresh and hot when I bit into them. Every item tasted fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering from The One Pho again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The One Pho is one of those places where you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you ask me what to order, I’d say everything is worth trying—they’ve done a great job selecting the best Vietnamese dishes to offer. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure you’re happy with both the food and service. The portions are generous, the food is consistently delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommended!

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the Austin metro. I've been looking all over town reviewing Vietnamese restaurants to find quality equal to or better than I found at home in Houston. This is that place. The best pho I've had was their Bone Marrow Hot Stone Pho. Rich, savory, and DEEP bone broth plus house made noodles. The best Banh Mi I've had was their Coldcut Style Banh Mi. Amazing baguettes, pate, and ample meats. A new dish I tried was their Bò Né Combo (House Favorite Combo), which blew me and partner away. The Vietnamese sausage & meatball were flavor explosions. Their Kumquat Sugarcane Juice was the best I've had as well. Sure it can be a bit pricey for some items, but it's on par for Austin pricing and all the items were worth EVERY PENNY. I cannot say more good things about this place. I live closer to Austin staples like Fresh Bowl, Pho Phong Luu, Sip Pho, Bep Saigon, Tan My, and Pho Saigon, but no longer feel the need to go to these restaurants anymore. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Austin now.
